The staff were very polite, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and tidy! The food at the restaurant was really good. The beds were very comfortable.
The room was quite small. There was nowhere to put bags. The air con control was locked by the hotel, so we had no control over the temperature in our room.

The breakfast buffet offered a fresh, tasty and extensive range of choices. I also had an evening meal. The food was excellent! Staff in the Mobius restaurant were attentive.

The hotel provided an executive room right away upon arrival late at night. The front office staff provided late checkout with ease. Everything in the room worked well and was well appointed.

the open bathroom design was terrible. i seemed like i had no privacy. the noises and smells filled the room when someone else was trying to sleep nearby the taxi service was also a mess. someone else jumped in my pre-booked taxi and the staff didn't seem to care much about it
